Throughout a distinguished career, he has earned a strong reputation for transparency, accountability, and a hands‑on approach to every property under his care. His expertise spans tenant relations, property maintenance coordination, lease negotiations, and strategic portfolio growth—ensuring owners see consistent returns while tenants enjoy well‑maintained homes.

Outside the office, he is a devoted family person who values quality time with loved ones. Whether exploring cottage country, coaching a local sports team, or volunteering at community events, he brings the same passion and commitment that defines his professional life. Michele is a seasoned Legal Executive Assistant with more than 38 years of experience supporting senior partners and managing operations within prominent law firms in downtown Toronto and Ottawa. Throughout her career, she has built a reputation for exceptional organizational leadership, discretion, and a steady, solutions‑focused approach to complex administrative and managerial demands. Her background includes overseeing firm operations, managing and guiding staff, streamlining workflows, and ensuring that both clients and legal teams receive seamless, professional support.

In addition to her legal and administrative expertise, Michele is a certified Reiki Master, a discipline that complements her professional strengths by fostering calm, clarity, and a thoughtful, people‑centered perspective.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Michele is grounded by a strong sense of family and community. She is a proud mother of two sons and is excited to welcome her first grandchild this year. Outside of work, she finds balance in the outdoors—whether swimming, spending time in nature, or enjoying meaningful conversations around a fire. Her blend of experience, integrity, and genuine connection shapes everything she does, both personally and professionally.
